Digital Transformation Executive

Job Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to installation, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

This includes coordinating and monitoring activities of projects and client engagements, preparing project deliverables, and maintaining overall control of project schedule, resources, budget, and scope.

The individual will also be responsible for interacting with members of cross-functional teams, conducting weekly customer status calls, and responding to client requests/questions in a timely manner, escalating issues and recommending solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with implementing ERP solutions and delivering projects in the Manufacturing Industry, strong knowledge of Manufacturing modules, and the ability to travel as required.
