Senior Executive/Executive Finance & Accounting

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive/Executive, Finance & Accounting to support the Head, Group Finance in UMH Group's consolidation and overall financial operations.

The role involves matters planning, organizing, executing various financial tasks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, procedures and industry best practices.

  • Key responsibilities include financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, tax administration, transfer pricing and e-invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting according to related financial regulations.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, following MRFRS or MPERS guidelines.
  • Plan, research and prepare related computations/workings for tax matters.
  • Analyse and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditures trends.
  • Review and consolidate annual financial budgets for the Group.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, CIMA).
  • Minimum 3 years working experience preferred.
  • Experience in handling consolidation and tax matters.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel functionality and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards (MFRS and MPERS) and knowledge of full set of accounts required.
  • Strong governance and compliance ethics.
  • Meticulous attention to details and ability to work independently.
