Job Description:The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced 24-hour manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for performing daily monitoring, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines.
- You must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery such as pumps, motors, control valves, and cylinders.
- As part of your role, you will work proactively to identify and resolve operational issues, with a focus on improving reliability, reducing costs, and increasing energy efficiency.
- Additionally, you will assist our engineers and section head with troubleshooting, investigations, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Your main goal will be to support production activities by minimizing response times to equipment breakdowns and achieving equipment availability targets.
In this role, you will also be responsible for general repairs and electrical works, maintaining accurate records of spare parts and inventory usage.
- You will ensure that all documentation and data are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with production and other departments to support the company's operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the section head from time to time.
