Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth;
  2. Manage the company's finances, including accounts payable and receivable processes and project capital expenditure;
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial projections;
  4. Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables;
  5. Develop and implement efficient financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects and the company;
  6. Provide insightful accounting, finance, and tax expertise on commercial contracts, financial incentives and bank loan application;
  7. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional advisors;
  8. Plan and prepare company cash flow and its requirements for any purpose including Working Capital etc;
  9. Perform treasury duties which include cash management, financial risk management, banking relations, capital structure management etc;
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. At least 12 years of working experience in performing full sets account with tax experience in Property Development field;
  2. Good command of written and spoken English, preferably able to converse in a third language;
  3. Possess strong planning, organizing & project management skills;
  4. Excellent communication & written skills and attention to details;
  5. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations;
