Job Description

The SAP FICO Service Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. The role will involve incident resolution, change request management, service request management, and configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and agreed delivery deadlines.
  • Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
  • Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
  • SLA Management: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed timely.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP FICO, SD, and understanding integration topics to other modules.
  • Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
