About the Position

We are seeking a Business Process Optimization Professional to join our team and help our clients streamline their operations using RPA technology.

As a Business Process Optimization Professional, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.

You will evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities, and develop technical specifications for RPA bots.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Design and architect RPA solutions using UiPath, including process mapping and defining requirements.
  • Develop and configure RPA bots according to established design and functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Deploy and monitor RPA bots in production environments, providing support and maintenance as needed.
  • Train end-users and clients in the use and management of RPA solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, processes, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.
  • UiPath certification (e.g., Automation Developer Associate) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, process automation, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UiPath programming, scripting, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
