Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at Hytech. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MT4/MT5 platforms and associated systems.

  • You will maintain the functionality of additional components such as Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
  • Operating various cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is also a key responsibility.
  • You will assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Conducting system audits and troubleshooting issues are critical tasks in this position.
  • Collaborating with external partners to resolve problems is also expected.

Key qualifications and requirements include:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the financial and CFD industries; MT4/MT5 experience preferred.
  • IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues.
