Mattel Continental Asia S/B is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our APAC Talent Center of Excellence as an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Manager, Talent APAC, this role will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talents, talent acquisition management, and employer brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with People & Culture colleagues, leaders, key stakeholders, and external partners in the region as well as with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to support the company's objectives, business growth, development of a diverse and talented workforce, embedding company values and culture into the Talent Acquisition process, and contributing to the positioning as a prime employer of choice.
- Evaluate the skill level and overall fit of applicants against hiring managers' needs through resume screening, video and in-person interviews.
- Analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs, including candidate experience metrics, recruitment efficiencies, and sourcing channel effectiveness, analyze social posts and content success and engagement.
This role requires a recruiter who can act as both a producer and a recruiter at ground level, building strong relationships and partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners to proactively understand hiring needs, strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and work on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or related disciplines, minimum 5+ years' experience with corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, professionalism and business acumen with positive attitude that is necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within our organization. Strong research skills and thorough knowledge of the best recruiting resources, fluent in English and Chinese is a plus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
