Tips Industry (M) Sdn Bhd is a tissue paper manufacturer based in Johor Bahru. We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.

Your responsibilities will include determining the resources needed to cover production demand, monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within deadline, and addressing issues when they arise. You will also collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to optimize workflow.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze production efficiency and provide output information. You should also be able to prepare reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 1 year working experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
