Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of monthly closing stock for all inventory items in warehouses.
  • Manage loan and swap stock documentation, with timely updates to final reports.
  • Coordinate stock transfer shipments within Malaysia.
  • Verify invoices from suppliers.
  • Support the logistics team in addressing SAP system-related technical issues.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory frameworks, ISO 9001 standards, and other applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Manager for bi-annual stock counts across all warehouses.
  • Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse logistic workforce.
  • Analyse key metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Address logistical issues and customer concerns effectively.
  • Carry out specific projects, tasks, and assignments assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP and data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
