Responsibilities

  1. HR Administration & Operations

    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations for KL commercial office.
    • Payroll Processing: Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Handle employees' queries related to tax.
    • Insurance & Claims: Manage employee insurance, medical benefits and claims, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
    • Employee & Industrial Relations: Support employee concerns, engagement activities, and industrial relations matters to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and ensure timely completion.

  2. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent for offices in Malaysia.
    • Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.

  3. Regional HR Projects and Initiatives

    • Support regional HR projects, including training, surveys, and HRIS implementation.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, and minimum 8 years relevant work experience with good knowledge and application of employment legislation and governance standards.
