- Develop suitable pricing strategies for growth, profitability, and brand development.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of potential members for both short- and long-term growth.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure Sales Leads are on track to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Handle inquiries for all locations and determine necessary next steps.
