  • Review and manage the RMA tracker to ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Monitor RMA failure analysis activities and provide improvements for the RMA failure analysis process and results.
  • Build and maintain the know-issue list for quality data analysis.
  • Work with manufacturing QA teams on quality case investigations and provide guidelines on failure analysis and impact assessment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product quality management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
