Smells Good Holdings Sdn Bhd, a leading local personal care company, is seeking a skilled Senior Account Finance Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing clear financial reporting and strategic advice to improve overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Support cost-benefit analysis for new projects and expansions to ensure informed decision-making.

Cash Flow Management, Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue optimization strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Enhance financial processes, automation, and reporting accuracy to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow for optimal fund allocation and stability, ensuring timely transactions.

Full Set of Accounts & Payroll

  • Handle end-to-end accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for stakeholders, including investors and auditors.
  • Work closely with banks, auditors, tax agents, and grant providers to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in securing business financing, managing company grants, and optimizing tax planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling full-set accounts (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
