About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Partnership Manager to join our team at Store N Go Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients like Watsons.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for Watsons, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent stockouts and ensure client demand is met.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with merchandisers for proper stock display and regular restocking.
- Liaise with Watsons to discuss needs, address issues, and update on promotions and product availability.
- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, warehouse, and customer service) to support account needs.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory status.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
