Job Description:

We are seeking an Event Coordinator Executive to join our team. As an Event Coordinator Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative event concepts that align with organizational goals and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals and brand credibility.
  2. Conduct regular meetings with vendors and colleagues across multiple departments to organize events such as product launches and virtual exhibitions.
  3. Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  4. Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  5. Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from various sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, and EDM to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
  6. Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across available platforms by delivering product messaging to targeted prospects efficiently.
  7. Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  3. Strong skills and adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively to drive attendance and engagement.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Positive attitude and self-motivated.
  7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  8. Willing to travel outstation.
