We are looking for a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to support upskilling and career growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance data.
  • Design and implement engaging learning programs to meet business objectives.
  • Deliver training sessions or coordinate with external trainers/vendors.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials such as manuals, e-learning content, guides, and toolkits.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, reporting, and user support.
  • Track training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes using surveys, feedback, and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with L&D trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve learning delivery.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • You have proven experience in Learning and Development or Training roles (5+ years preferred).
  • You possess strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • You have experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar).
  • You excel in interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to assess learning impact and ROI.
