Job Title: Corporate Insurance Expert – APAC

At Randstad Malaysia, we are seeking a seasoned Corporate Insurance Expert to lead our insurance programs across the Asia Pacific region. This strategic role will oversee all aspects of corporate insurance, including property and casualty, business interruption, marine cargo, directors and officers liability, cyber insurance, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies aligned with global risk management goals.

  • Analyze regional insurance needs, negotiate policies, and manage policy renewals and claims.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless insurance operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.

  • Professional certifications such as ACII, ANZIIF, ARM, or equivalent highly valued.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or insurance brokerage, with at least 3 years in a regional/APAC-focused role.
