Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clearing processes across various products to ensure smooth operations and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Identify and recommend automation or enhancements in reconciliation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Support audits and financial reporting by providing accurate reconciliation data and documentation as required.
  • Assist in process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending changes.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor, contributing to team and department objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Experience in merchant reconciliation and settlement is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese languages.
  • Work Ethic: Responsible, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer-literate.
  • Willingsness to work in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
