About the Position

Hartalega is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales operations function, ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Pro-forma invoices, and shipments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order processing issues.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in CRF, Sales Analysis, OSR, MSTR, and credit limit tracking records.
  • Provide timely support to the Sales Support Team by offering necessary data and reports.
  • Manage artwork processing, including new and revised designs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any complaints promptly.
  • Maintain effective relationships with subsidiaries and customers through regular communication.
  • Co-ordinate meetings and maintain proper filing records.
  • Support the monitoring of payments and credit limit control.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-2 years' experience in Sales Support/Operation/Administrative roles.
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the sales administrative field, preferably.
  • The ability to write clear and concise business reports and letters.
