We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our team in Kuala Lumpur.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- To lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- To manage stock levels, cash handling, and inventory control processes.
- To collaborate with the executive to maintain high standards of customer service and gift items production.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of SPM or Diploma in F&B or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
