Job Title: Payroll & People Data (Associate Analyst)

 

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Analyst, where you will be responsible for providing expert-level support on payroll and HR data processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of payroll and HR data processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and optimize existing processes.

 

Main Tasks

  • Manage the entire termination workflow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee the processing of payroll and statutory reports, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to HR-related queries.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably with a focus on payroll and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR-related issues.
