  4. AI and Machine Learning
    1. Explore and apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve data analysis and predictive modeling.
    2. Develop and implement machine learning models to support business decision-making.
    3. Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning advancements and assess their applicability to business needs.
  5. Data Integrity and Documentation
    1. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reports and analysis.
    2. Document processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and comprehensively.
    3. Maintain a repository of reports, dashboards, and automation scripts for easy access and reference.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
  4. Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  5. Solid understanding of SQL and DAX for querying and data manipulation.
  6. Demonstrated ability to automate data processes and reporting tasks.
  7. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools is a significant advantage.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  2. Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management.
