Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll work on engaging projects with top banks, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data assets aligned to business outcomes and strategic data models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed data requirements and deliver analytics use cases.
  • Design and deliver analytics PoCs to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Apply current and emerging data and analytical techniques to address business challenges.
  • Improve data quality and unlock opportunities for higher returns.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across consuming systems.
  • Ensure adherence to data controls and governance.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes, automating pipelines where possible.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Financial Services and Banking as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Strong Python and Pyspark skills, with hands-on experience in big data analysis.
  • SQL and Visualization skills are an asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand business scenarios and convert them into coding logic.
  • Understanding of agile methods of working (JIRA).
  • Ability to convert technical problems to business problems and vice-versa.
