Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to support operational needs and maintain seamless supply chain processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- Analyze supply chain performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing supply chain systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
