HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing the investigation, resolution, and triage of issues related to in-scope finance applications.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests related to Oracle, SmartStream, and Coupa systems.
- Manage data requests, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving business-related issues that impact seamless business operations.
- Assess system and business impact, escalating to appropriate support tiers when necessary.
- Collaborate with business users and functional/technical teams for solution development and prioritization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, with 4-5 years of consulting or business analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance systems and processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
