Role Overview:

This position is part of Roche Services (Asia Pacific) Sdn Bhd's Finance team, which provides end-to-end business solutions for various functions across the APAC region.

The incumbent will work closely with colleagues and other departments to achieve seamless operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Process AR & Treasury tasks as per Service Level Agreement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deal settlement and posting of treasury-related transactions.
  • Perform credit analysis and review credit risk for new and existing customers.
  • Credit management: ensure customers pay within agreed payment terms.
  • Resolve disputes and initiate dunning process for overdue accounts.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP accounting systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
