About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reinsurance Account Manager to execute reinsurance account management responsibilities and prepare, conclude, document, and administer traditional reinsurance agreements with external parties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate, conclude, document, and sign off reinsurance agreements with internal and/or external parties in line with underwriting authority.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Zurich Business Units, attributed reinsurers, reinsurance brokers, and cedents.
  3. Collaborate with Reinsurance Analytics and Reinsurance Claims to inform decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
  1. Treaty premium planning and analysis skills.
  2. Strong contract compliance and regulatory knowledge.
  3. Ability to assess process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Special projects as assigned by management.
