Job Description

You will work closely with the Southeast Asia Regional Category Marketing team to develop and drive strategy for portfolio management & innovation development. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around insights and data, portfolio management, innovation development, and additional learning opportunities.

  • Insights and Data: You will work closely with regional CMI counterparts and category execution teams in each market to develop, evolve, and evaluate internal and external data points to generate actionable insights.
  • Portfolio Management: You will work closely with in-market category execution teams to guide and enable regular portfolio health check protocols to maximize growth and profitability potential.
  • Innovation Development: You will lead regional innovation projects from inception to execution while collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive strategies for portfolio management & innovation development.
  • Work closely with the regional CMI counterparts and category execution teams in each market.
  • Guide and enable regular portfolio health check protocols.
  • Lead regional innovation projects from inception to execution.
