Required Skills

  1. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a strong asset).
  2. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
