About the Job

The Financial and Administrative Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department with daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Finance Department
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process invoices, payments, and statements of account
  • Liaise with clients and departments to resolve issues and provide assistance
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Fresh Graduate or Entry Level in Accounting cum Admin
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
