Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to join our finance team as a Record to Report PEC Analyst.

The Role
  • Coordinate and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with work instructions and month-end close checklist.
  • Prepare accounting journals and ensure they are prepared accurately and posted timely.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation, highlight and rectify any anomalies encountered, including clearing of open items.
Responsibilities
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packages accurately and within specified timescales (e.g., FinCo, Sustainability, Insurance, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audit matters by ensuring timely submission of required audit schedules and providing financial supporting documents and information to auditors.
  • Support tax matters by preparing tax schedules, providing financial supporting documents and information to tax consultants.
  • Perform backup functions and other duties, including job rotation to other functional teams as and when required.
