We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Financial Crimes Intelligence Unit's operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing governance and reporting processes, managing knowledge and vendor relationships, and coordinating financial activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain governance and reporting processes to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Manage knowledge management systems, including SOPs and data retention policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Candidate Specification:

  • Possesses a bachelor's or advanced degree
  • Proven experience in creating process documentation and managing knowledge management systems
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • 5+ years insurance experience
  • Experience in claims fraud, procurement fraud, or risk assessment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
