About the Role
The QC Manager will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems at all organizational levels. This includes planning, conducting, and reviewing internal quality system audits, as well as identifying and preventing quality system nonconformities through corrective and preventive actions. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to subcontractors and suppliers on quality-related issues, attend customer and supplier meetings to address and resolve quality concerns, respond to and manage customer complaints, and take full responsibility for the company's quality functions, including document control and compliance. Furthermore, you will ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and control of quality-related equipment, oversee the disposition of nonconforming products, and initiate actions for improvement. Lastly, you will identify and address nonconformities in products, processes, and systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and present monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at management meetings, ensuring alignment with quality goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

* Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and control of quality-related equipment

* Present monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at management meetings, ensuring alignment with quality goals and objectives
