**Job Overview**

Vision Waste Disposal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operation Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth communication between drivers and foremen, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate effectively with drivers and foremen to resolve repair issues and schedule appointments with authorized workshops.
  • Travel between office and store locations to collect and send documents, as well as transport tools and equipment.
  • Ensure lorries are prepared for inspection on time and arrange for the right driver to bring them in for inspection.
  • Procure road tax from JPJ offices and keep the office informed about incoming and outgoing workforce details.
  • Collect recycling money from customers and update the office accordingly.
  • Able to drive four-wheel vehicles, such as Ford Rangers, and hold a valid GDL (optional).

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • SPM qualification.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Nationality: Malaysians only.
  • Male applicants only.
  • Own transportation: motorcycle.

**Benefits:**

RM 2,800 - RM 3,500 per month. Additional benefits include yearly bonus, annual leave, medical leave, EPF & SOCSO, and overtime pay (optional).
