The jobholder will oversee the corporate secretarial work and regulatory compliance of the group, manage and attend meetings of subsidiary/associate companies or any other meetings, as required, and prepare the minutes of the meetings and follow-up action.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective governance and compliance within the GD Guthrie Group of companies.
- Providing high-quality advice on corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial services to the operating units and other departments.
- Liaising with Bursa Malaysia on issues pertaining to listing requirements, guidelines, and consultation papers and drafting necessary correspondences/papers.
- Reviewing and ensuring that announcements to Bursa Malaysia comply with the Bursa Corporate Disclosure policy and listing requirements.
