The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Processing new agent contract applications end-to-end within the stipulated timeline.
  • Monitoring the turnaround time of application processing to ensure timeliness is achieved.
  • Providing daily updates on application status and team's turnaround time for management.
  • Performing due diligence assessment and ensuring all applications are processed as per rules and regulations set by regulatory bodies and the company.
  • Evaluating the accuracy of bulk upload and system updates in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Conducting monthly reconciliation of records for LIAM/MTA/PIAM with AIA records.
  • Assigning cases effectively and processing agency contract stamping in a timely manner.
  • Generating regular and ad hoc licensing reporting within the stipulated timeline.
  • Analyzing data on agency licensing and providing insights for management's reference.
  • Making timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Performing any other agency licensing and movement assignment from time to time to meet operational efficiency objectives.
  • Reviewing and fine-tuning SOPs/processes regularly to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Liaising effectively with relevant parties to resolve enquiries from agencies and stakeholders within expected turnaround times.
  • Performing periodic quality assurance checks and preparing data for internal and external audit and compliance teams.
  • Managing data accurately, keeping proper records/documentation for payment-related matters.
  • Preparing user requirements/user stories for system enhancements and conducting requirement walkthroughs with relevant parties.
  • Verifying UAT results and performing post-deployment checks.
  • Performing ad-hoc requests such as data analysis/report analysis/presentation deck, etc., as required.
