About the Role

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Setia City Mall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our brands' products and services to provide excellent customer assistance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by informing customers about current promotions and best-selling items.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store displays adhere to brand guidelines, attracting customers to visit the store.
  • Ensure seamless store operations, including opening, closing, and sales transactions, align with standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing UPT & ATV and returning customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and other items.
  • Work closely with the inventory and merchandising team to prevent stock losses through regular stock counts and receiving.
  • Represent the company professionally, adhering to brand standards.
