Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Vantive. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results in individual assignments and larger-scale recruitment projects. Your primary goal will be to partner closely with hiring managers, other members of Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate identification to final hiring decision.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 360-degree recruiting within a global organization, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent hiring priorities and stakeholders without impacting delivery quality and timelines.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English is a must; proficiency in additional languages such as Malay, Chinese, or Cantonese would be highly preferred.
