About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team at Businesslist. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the processing and monitoring of collections from customers, as well as processing debit notes, credit notes, refunds, and rebates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Lead: Oversee the processing and monitoring of collections from customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to management, including updates on overdue invoices, AR disputes, and collections.
  • Accounting and Finance: Responsible for sales revenue accounting, preparing weekly bank receipts and payments, and assisting with bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.
  • Internal Controls: Implement effective internal controls and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ad-Hoc Reports: Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA / CPA).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling AR/AP transactions, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in audit, knowledge of ERP systems, and ability to commence within 1 month.
