Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Specialist to join our team at ACCA Careers.

Responsibilities:
  1. To manage the full range of accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and statutory compliance.
  2. Perform accurate data entry for invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents into our accounting software.
  3. Verify the accuracy of financial records and documents to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  4. Prepare comprehensive bank reconciliation statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  5. Generate timely management accounts and reports for stakeholders.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client accounts.
  7. Perform additional tasks as required by management.
  8. End-to-end payroll processing, covering data processing, payslip issuance, and salary disbursement.
  9. Submit periodic statutory returns to relevant authorities.
