About the Role

The Group Supply Chain (GSC) Manager is a critical position responsible for overseeing procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain digitalization processes. This role ensures the strategic alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization, efficiency, and maintaining a robust supplier network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Supply Chain Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive supply chain roadmap to drive efficiency, improve forecasting, and enhance digitalization efforts.
  2. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support overall business strategy and ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.
  3. Manage Procurement and Inventory: Oversee purchasing plans, manage vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance, and lead and manage the overall inventory health across the group.
  4. Drive Supply Chain Performance: Oversee the monthly PSI and IBP processes, leveraging data insights to improve supply chain performance and enhance statistical forecasting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline.
  • ERP Systems Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and BI software (e.g., SAP, LN, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Supply Chain Certifications: Certification in APICS, CIPS, or similar supply chain-related qualifications is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably with global procurement or international trading experience.
