This is a unique opportunity to join the Brightlink Group of Companies as an Accounting Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling various financial matters.

Responsibilities
  • Asset Management: Oversee and manage company assets, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of financial expenditures.
  • Financial Document Preparation: Prepare and review financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive files on account receivables, updating records as required to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Petty Cash Management: Record all monetary transactions, including managing the flow of petty cash and ensuring suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties, keeping management informed throughout the process.
  • Documentation Archiving: Archive financial documentation and update accounting databases on a regular basis to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's Diploma in accounting, business, administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent understanding of financial processes, including bookkeeping and tax filing.
  • Basic math skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data entry and administration skills.
  • Knowledge of business administration principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Chinese language skills, although not essential.
