About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all procedures comply with brand standards, health, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining high service standards.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in hotel housekeeping systems. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations is essential.

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Management
    Ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly, adhering to brand standards and health and safety regulations.
  2. Staff Supervision & Development
    Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high service standards, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and development plans.
  3. Quality Assurance & Guest Satisfaction
    Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness standards, addressing guest feedback and complaints promptly.
  4. Budgeting & Cost Control
    Assist in managing departmental costs, optimizing resource allocation, and reducing wastage of supplies.
  5. Compliance & Safety
    Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
