Job Description:

This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional financial expertise, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. The Head of Corporate Finance & FP&A will lead the corporate finance department, providing strategic guidance and oversight on all aspects of the company's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Lead the investment assessment process, analyzing financial models, deal structures, and participating in deal negotiations.
  • Manage due diligence processes related to corporate exercises, coordinating with internal and external parties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and stakeholders to support ongoing and future business.
  • Head the Corporate Treasury department, providing active cash management and planning for the business.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance and an MBA. You will have at least 15 years of work experience in Investment Banking, Big 4, Boutique M&A Advisory firms, Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds or similar industries. Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (financial modeling and valuations) is required.

You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and have knowledge and experience of accounting, tax, and legal-related matters. Experience in investment banking, M&A, distress and turnaround specialist, transactional advisory is an advantage.
