Job Description- This role involves performing daily Payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Develop and maintain country-specific content knowledge to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the regional-based HR Services team in resolving complex issues, implementing program changes, and introducing new programs.
- Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting, and Audit requirements.
- Continuously analyze and improve Payroll processes, systems, and structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource is required; a degree in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in Payroll coordination and a strong understanding of Payroll processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- A strong understanding of SOX principles and experience in Payroll accounting would be an advantage.
