Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce the Group Credit Control Policy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct credit assessments for specific regions, evaluating customer financial status, payment history, and risk exposure.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, identifying overdue accounts and taking necessary follow-up actions.
  • Oversee debt collections, including negotiating payment terms, resolving disputes, and implementing recovery strategies to improve cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on collections performance, credit risk exposure, and aging analysis for senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate credit-related risks, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to align credit control strategies with business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance credit risk management, optimize operations, and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit control activities.
  • Strong business sense, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial systems.
