We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to fill the role of Assistant HR Manager | Talent Spotter | Employer Branding | Talent & Performance Management at Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Job Description:

  1. Selling and promoting company products with higher net profitability, driving sales growth and revenue.
  2. Attending to Sales Advisors and walk-in customers, building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Perfecting loan submission and documentation for approvals, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  4. Participating in roadshows during weekends and conducting site visits, fostering partnerships and expanding business opportunities.
  5. Performing all other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior, showcasing adaptability and a can-do attitude.

Key Qualifications:

  • SPM/Diploma holder with a strong academic background and relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in Auto Finance Sales or related industries, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
