Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reports, and performing financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Manage the daily financial activities of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform regular financial analysis to ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.
  • Transaction Entry: Handle transaction entry into the accounting system and verify all AP and AR invoices posting, staff expenses claims, and payment transactions.
  • Closing Procedures: Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: At least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work under minimal supervision, strong Excel spreadsheet skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish priorities, work within tight deadlines, handle multiple concurrent activities, and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
