Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, including subcontractor and worker coordination.
- Prepare and track daily reports on work progress and manpower efficiency.
- Assist in resolving technical and site issues, escalating to superiors when necessary.
- Monitor material usage and conduct site measurements to verify accuracy of claim quantities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in on-site construction supervision.
- Possession of a CIDB green card for site compliance.
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and manage site operations independently.
- Ability to lead and work effectively with foreign workers and subcontractors.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
